1. Seasoning with rosemary for grilled chicken
You will need the following ingredients for about 1 kg of chicken:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
The preparation of the seasoning could not be simpler: just mix all of them and rub on the chicken breast. Then just grilling the meat in the frying pan or on a grill, of course.
2. Seasoning with English Sauce
Again, thinking of 1 kg of chicken breast, use the following ingredients:
- 1 cup English sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
Do not forget that the English sauce is already salty, so go putting the salt gradually and experimenting. Just mix the ingredients and let the chicken marinating in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes – then take it to the grill or frying pan.
3. Seasoning with Curry
Another easy to prepare seasoning that should be used to marinate about 1 kg of chicken. The ingredients:
- The juice of 3 lemons
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
Mix the ingredients, put in a container with the chicken and let marinating in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then just take the chicken breast to the fire.
4. Seasoning with mustard
For a chicken breast, use the following ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon mustard, preferably dijon
- Thyme to taste
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Season the chicken with salt. Then mix the mustard, thyme and honey, rub well on the chicken and take to the grill or skillet, but be careful not to burn.
5. Seasoning with shoyu sauce
For about 1 kg of chicken breast, we recommend the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of shoyu sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Grated Ginger to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and let the chicken breast marinating in the mixture for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors of ingredients before bringing it to the fire. Again, we recommend trying the mixture to test the salt gradually, because the shoyu sauce is already salty.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of chicken breast in fillets
- 4 garlic cloves punched
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- Juice of 1 medium lemon (can be changed by orange)
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Put the chicken fillets in a bowl, add the garlic, then the rosemary and the oregano. Put the juice of 1 lemon or 1 orange, 1 pinch of black pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix well and let stand for about 3 hours to take the seasoning well.
- Grease a frying pan of starflon preference.
